06 Disclaimer of Warranties
Radio Stations Info provides its services on an as is and as available basis. While we strive for continuous uptime and high quality streaming, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. We are not liable for service disruptions caused by third party network issues, SiriusXM platform outages, or events outside our reasonable control.
07 Termination
Radio Stations Info reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination your access to all services will cease immediately. No refunds will be issued for terminations resulting from policy violations.
07 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from your use of Radio Stations Info services will be resolved through good faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if a resolution cannot be reached.
